Town Plan & Zoning is a vital component to our town’s future and I will bring a balanced approach to Private Property Rights. I intend to promote Zoning regulations which will encourage homeowners and businesses to continue to invest in our Town. I am in favor of sound Mixed-Use development and want to promote walkable business centers. I will interpret the established Zoning regulations using common sense and professional judgment to each application.
